3. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Quotations are based on the information provided and may be subject to change if additional work is required
• Any additional work discovered during the project will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding
• Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences
• We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or card
• Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with UK law

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

• All work is carried out to BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) standards
• We provide a workmanship guarantee on all completed work
• Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and products installed
• Certificates will be provided for all notifiable work as required by Building Regulations

7. Liability

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of rectifying any defective work. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing electrical faults not identified during initial inspection
• Damage caused by third parties or customer negligence
• Consequential losses arising from electrical work
• Issues arising from customer-supplied materials

8. Access and Site Conditions

The customer agrees to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the work area
• Ensure the property is available at the agreed time
• Inform us of any known hazards or issues
• Remove or protect valuable items near the work area

9. Intellectual Property
